So far so good. The buying process was very simple. I researched the item I wanted and called in to my local store. I was presented with several options, but ultimately went with my original choice. My salesman Dan answered all my questions and didn’t push unwanted options. Dan went over multiple finance options and helped me get a payment I am comfortable with. I haven’t received my machine just yet, but I’m hopeful the delivery and set up process goes as smoothly as the rest of the buying process. So far I would 100% Johnson Fitness!

Dan at the O'Fallon store was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and explained the features of the treadmills we were looking at. We had decided if the sales person was too pushy we'd just buy it online. Dan won us over and we were happy to give him the sale.
