Haven't been there yet. Was wanting to sign up for myself and my daughters, all of us are at an unhealthy weight. But my youngest daughter is only 11, my oldest 13, and not able to join. So disappointed that we're unable to have that resource.

This place is great the prices are wonderful the equipment is clean and a lot of it you even have high-end tanning beds massage beds the whole staff there is wonderful I just moved from Florida and I am so happy that I found this place prices are excellent everything about its top shelf

Great machines. Love that I don't have to bring anything with me to purchase water or a protein drink. Also haven't worked out for a hot minute but it felt great. Something for my Husband and I to do together

My son canceled his membership over a month ago. They charged him the yearly fee plus an additional months charge after he canceled. Have talked to management at least 3 times and filled out paperwork several times. Still waiting for a refund. Supposedly waiting on management to approve. Maybe this will get their attention.

Top notch location. Clean with one of the best shower areas I have seen and has these top notch, high tech massage chairs I haven't seen anywhere else. Good staff as well.

I cancelled my membership following the payment in May and was told I could use the facility through June 16. When I returned to use the facility a few days later I realized my app was not working and was told I could not enter without being the guest of a Black Card member. I'm only posting to help others make sure they are strategic about when they cancel their membership.

My first interaction with the new manager Blair was very disappointing. Her lack of empathy towards mismanaged policies was horrific. You can tell she lacks customer service skills. She would rather listen to respond rather then listen to understand. I’ve seen several upper management people over the last 3 to 4 weeks visiting this facility. They are not friendly and only seem interested in high dusting. When I brought up how great the manager was doing at St. Peter’s he blew it off like she was horrible. This place will continue to go down hill with these people in charge.

I will not ever join this gym again. I was very disappointed in them. I cancelled my membership back in March of 2020 however they still charged my card up until two months ago when I called pitching a fit because they had charged my best friends card who's card number was supposed to have been removed from my account back when I cancelled my membership all together. My suggestion join Club Pilates
