Planet Fitness

Exercise is nice and clean but if you try to tan there it is a joke! They have this new system and it is slowing things down terribly ! There is lines OUT the door waiting to sign up for a tanning bed because of this. The employees hate it, and corporate doesn’t care because they don’t have to deal with it.. I will definitely be canceling my membership which I have had for years because of it.

This was my first time in a Planet Fitness and I loved it. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I love the variety of machines to work out on. I have several health issues, but was still able to get in a cardio workout and some circuit training!

Staff is usually pretty nice and friendly. The gym equipment is pretty clean, but the locker rooms and restrooms are never clean. Ever. Toilets are always dirty and at least one of the urinals is constantly not flushing/working properly. The shower stalls frequently have band aids, trash and other things left behind by other members. I know, from experience, that cleaning bathrooms sucks, but it’s pet of the deal. Get it together!

This facility is always friendly and clean. Sharon is amazing and always greets my family by name. The equipment is kept up and the front desk is always informative and helpful!

One of the BEST PLANET FITNESS LOCATIONS I have ever seen!! I travel around the United States and this place tops them all! Tile floors and bathrooms , not to mention the tiles walls and showers as well! I would give 10 stars if it allowed it !!

I signed up for the $10 basic membership to start off with for 2019. Several months into the plan I ended up paying $20 a month. Periodically I would get a text saying there was difficulty with the payment transaction and I would call, for them to say don’t worry we will try and run it again. I Ended up paying a $10 late fee every time they had to rerun my card and the several times I spoke to them they never mentioned a late fee was imposed. I cancelled my membership since there was no effort to refund me the late fees or make good on what had happened.

The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Greet you by name when I enter. Sasha, Chauncey, Summor, Carley and Madison and others are cleaning equipment, which I really appreciate. Plenty of cleaning stations throughout the facility.

I am in a wheelchair and finding a gym to work out is very difficult. Planet fitness has great staff they are super friendly and very helpful when I a ask for assistance when using machines to work out. I have gone there for two days and even the people who work out are super supportive and very upbeat. I enjoy coming to planet fitness and working out to be a better fit person for myself I highly recommend planet fitness

I like this place. I'm older and I'm amazed at how many other older people are there. Also I am accompanied by a lot of people who are very diverse in age, body type, and physical fitness.The choices of equipment is also very diverse, in good shape, and clean. Same with the lockers, showers, and bathrooms.The staff are friendly, helpful, and plentiful. They have done a great job of creating a healthy environment.While they do have some "classes" for orientation, stretching, and others, they don't have Yoga which would be nice.

I travel for a living, usually stationed for a month or two at a time. Nearly every time I come here, rather than simply recognizing that I am a Black Card member, the staff noticeably scutinizes the screen after scanning my card. Once, the guy at the counter scoffed "Enjoy your workout" when I came in sweaty and dirty after working outside all day. I needed a shower, not his judgement of how I sometimes use my membership.The hydro-massage beds shut off after a minute or two about every time I try to use them.Why do they need to touch my keys here? Across the country, I can scan my own card because the scanner is on the counter. Here they keep it behind and below. Don't touch my stuff.
