From the moment you step into the Loft at Selah you feel welcome, included, safe and understood. I searched for and found Selah yoga when my autoimmune issues started. Mama Rish has helped with both my physical and emotional well being. She has a heart for healing, listening, gently guiding and just loving those who need it. If you are at all nervous about starting a new place and worry about feeling judged, you can absolutely come here for thoughtful practice and just might end up leaving with new friends!

So beautiful inside. It is a spiritual practice here if you are looking for a traditional practice. It isn’t just a “workout” as in only Asana. The Soul Practice is amazing!

From the moment I stepped foot into the studio it felt like a second home to me. I've taken many different classes here and found great peace with my daily anxieties. Truly a studio of inclusivity where anyone walking in the door can find their voice and connection with others. Being able to practice with the sounds of nature outside is an added bonus too! I highly recommend a morning practice on a rainy day if you get the chance. It's well worth it. Always clean with good parking. Looking forward to future classes and workshops.

Risha cares so deeply for every person that steps into her studio, and creates an environment where you can come and practice yoga no matter your experience level, physical limitations, mental blocks, or daily life baggage. I took a break from yoga after having my daughter and was nervous about returning to my practice with a changed body, but I'm so grateful to have found Selah and Risha, who are helping me re-discover and re-introduce myself to my post-baby body. My weekly visits to the studio are a huge part of my postpartum mental health regimen!

I’m just starting out at Selah Yoga and absolutely love it! Risha cares about everyone’s experience, incorporating a compassionate and healing approach to her teaching practice. She also weaves in a contemplative practice into each session. Small details and touches make each session stand out from other yoga studios. I’m personally a fan of slow, intentional movements and focusing on working through emotional, physical, and spiritual obstacles. If that resonates with you, you’ll love it here!

I recently took the Sunday Soothe class with Allie and it far exceeded my expectations. A good friend of mine did the class with me and we both commented on the drive home that it was one of, if not the best, yoga classes we have taken. The studio itself is so intimate and welcoming. Allie is like salt of the earth when it comes to yoga instructing. She was so warm, encouraging, considerate and inclusive of all of us. The class was soothing and unpretentious. The guided meditation at the end of class was beyond anything I have experienced. It was so deep and meaningful that It left both my friend and me in tears. I would absolutely do a Sunday soothe class any day of the week!
