I joined Club Pilates right after they opened, totally unfamiliar with Pilates but now I’m totally addicted! After having my baby I wanted to incorporate another kind of workout besides weightlifting, to specifically help with my core strength and stability. I have over 50 classes under my belt now and I can’t wait to see my progress and strength 6 months from now!

I was nervous about starting Pilates because I was starting alone. I was welcomed with open arms not only by the instructors and desk staff but by the other members. The instructors are very knowledgeable, and do a good job of breaking down each exercise to make sure you are doing them correctly.I have just started my second month and upgraded to an unlimited membership because two days a week just wasn’t enough! If you’re debating on starting, take my advice and start ASAP!

The atmosphere is very relaxing. I’m new to Pilates and it is very low impact and the instructors are very kind and helpful. It has been a very good experience going there. There is not too many people per session either which helps with the environment.

I've worked out most my life but never tried Pilates. I jouned when this location opened in So Ogden. I m in my 70's and never thought I would love it so much. All the instructors are great and desk staff also. I would recommend everyone to give it a try.

I love everything about club Pilates, the front desk is helpful and friendly, the instructors and informative and fun. Pilates has made my lower back feel so much better as well as my overall health. I am addicted!

I just joined this Pilates Club in South Ogden and love it. I suffer from arthritis and am hoping this strengthens my body. The instructors are great! I look forward to my next class!!

Excellent instructors! Extremely knowledgeable and patient with those of us that are new to Pilates. Front desk staff do an excellent job as well. They have been a great resource to help with questions.

I love Club Pilates! All of the instructors are really knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, and every class I’ve gone to has had a fun variety. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, clean, and orderly. After years of high intensity crossfit-type workouts, I was ready for a new kind of intensity. I started Pilates in May and have loved the way it challenges me, yet keeps me from getting injured or overdoing it. I’m hooked! I can feel myself getting stronger., lengthened, and toned. It just feels good to be there. I’m hooked!
