Be warned- don’t be late. I even mentioned that my friend was in the class and she was condescending and pointed out how I don’t even have a yoga mat. I asked if I could just slip in and still pay full price. SHE APOLOGIZED TO MY FRIEND… and said… sorry I made your friend mad. 🤨 it’s called a “drop-in” class…. So I shouldn’t be made guilty for not registering online. She literally said to me- “why do you feel so uncomfortable right now?” I won’t be coming back. It’s hard to leave my babies and stuff myself into a sport bra. I won’t be coming back.

Be warned, if you’re late they won’t let you in the class! Signed up for hot yoga and was 3 minutes late and the door was locked when we got there. We talked to the baristas in the coffee shop down stairs and apparently they always do this. It would’ve been nice to know we’d be locked out if we were late… they easily could’ve mentioned it in the confirmation email! Just very frustrating.

Be warned!!! This is the best yoga experience/environment that I’ve ever taken part in. If you ever go somewhere else it will always fall short in comparison.

Have been to this place a few times at this location and a few at their Layton location (now closed). I’ve loved every single time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try hot yoga!

We visited this yoga studio for a Nidra sound bath. The studio owner and instructor are amazing! This was by far the best sound bath experience I've had. The studio is quaint and the other students were all so pleasant and friendly. We will be back!

I tried hot yoga here for the first time and I have to admit that it was an amazing experience. The instructor was super nice and professional and did a great job with helping a first timer like me get the proper poses. I will be definitely signing up!

I attended Tanner’s Yin class 4-12-22 and had the time of my life! It was such a fun, non-typical down to earth yoga practice that made me feel comfortable and challenged me to connect with my body. It’s not just this class, every teacher makes a point to know their return students, communicating in and outside of class to help align students like myself. Ogden is lucky to have this studio!!!

Never tried hot yoga until two weeks ago. I've already been to four classes since then, and signed up for a monthly pass. I can't put into words how transformative hot yoga feels, for body and spirit. All of the instructors so far have been unique in spirit and genuine in guidance. It truly feels like a sanctuary to practice in.

I’ve been wanting to write this review for years and have finally found the time.☺️I absolutely adore this studio. I have practiced and actually taught here years ago, (you see a studios true colors working with them) and found it to be a sanctuary. It’s becoming rare to find a yoga studio that is not only invested in your bodies transformation but your spiritual and emotional one as well. When people ask where they can find an authentic yoga experience, I recommend here.
