Best workout I've ever had. All the coaches are incredible and the personal attention is just what I needed to get my form right and to be able to do workouts at home safely with maximum benefits. Highly recommended!

First, if you've never done Pilates with a Reformer machine, know that it's not easy! It really challenged me! I like the small classes and individual attention and the core work is amazing. I prefer it to lifting weights because it's so smooth and uses your own body rather than weights. The movement is smooth but it's difficult (I was sweating and breathing hard most of the time). I much prefer it to something like Cross Fit. I found them on Groupon and they are close to my house in South Ogden, across Harrison behind Starbucks.
