I have two daughters at the gym! We sure love the coaches here. Dana and Lori especially. They are kind and care about the kids and helping them improve.

My 9 year old daughter MaKynlee has been going here for about a year and a half now and the change in her attitude and confidence is unmatched. Her skills have progressed more then we would have ever imagined. We are so grateful for her coach Dana, for all the time spent with her. She truly is one of a kind. Her way with the kids is unlike anything ive ever seen. My daughter responds so well to her coaching and we are truly lucky to train here. Highly recommend ☺️

The owner has no interest in working with kids with disabilities. After my son had an especially overwhelming experience and ended up melting down the owner yelled at him and told him he had to go home. She later called me and told me he wasn't welcome to come back. I tried discussing that we were dealing with a disability and that he just needed more time to get used to being in a place as busy and loud as the gym. She just kept saying, "maybe when he is older and grows out of it." I can't believe she was so naïve to think he would just "grow out" of his disability. I guess they only want Olympic hopefuls there.Coach Mandy was fantastic with him and I was so disappointed he didn't get more time with her. I think she could have helped him succeed. If I could afford to I would hire her to coach him privately.Just glad I know the type of person the owner is so I don't keep giving her my hard earned money. Her attitude doesn't deserve it from my point of view.

The coaches and girls at United sports academy really care about each other. I had one student tell me they do not have any friends at gymnastics, they are all family. The discipline, confidence, and personal growth your child will gain through training here is more valuable than any medal or trophy they can win. They have fun beginner classes and a competition team. I fully trust and admire the coaches here. Can't wait to see how my daughter will continue to grow in result of training with United Sports.

I used to do gymnastics here when I was kid so I was super sad to be disappointed. I signed my 3 year old up a few summers ago (she is 5 now) and just felt like 75 for a preschool class was nuts. Did it anyway hoping it was going to be worth it but they hardly coached her. Barely corrected her. I'm not expecting an Olympian but for 75 a month her somersaults should even look amazing. I paid attention to the teams class one day and they were hardly correcting them too. Its can be such a dangerous sport if you aren't trained properly by properly trained coaches. Which is my last complaint, they had me basically job shadow 6 hours then had me spotting kids on the bars. I want actually taught how to correctly spot any of the categories but I felt especially nervous holding kids on a bar while they were even doing basic things. One of my daughters coaches even told me that all they care about anymore is the money. It's super dirty in there too. I've been to quite a few gyms, old and new, and they are clean. I feel like they just dont care as much as they used to! On the plus side her coaches were really friendly and good interacting with the kids. Just watched a few moms get "trained" and I feel like for 75 a month, job shadowing for your training, you're getting gyped. I probably would have been fine with the laxed coaching if it were for like 30 a month.

My review is zero stars. We did not have a good experience here. My six year old son took gymnastics here during the summer. His coach during the summer was wonderful. In the fall session, he did not always have the same coach. One day he had a coach named Dane. This coach all of the sudden picked my son up by one leg and held him up really high in the air, as high as his arm could reach. Dane began telling his class how important it is to keep your arms next to your ears while holding my son by one leg, upside down, high in the air, for about 5 minutes. My son's shirt almost came off. The other children were laughing, but my son was not. He was scared and did not know what to do. When class was over, I asked my son how he felt about what happened. He told me he felt bad. He told me that he was surprised and scared by what Dane had done. I waited until class had ended, and then approached Dane. I told him that what he did to my son was inappropriate and that it scared my son and that he would now have a hard time trusting him as his coach. I asked Dane to apologize to my son. He turned to my son and said, "I am sorry for having fun." I explained that what he did was not fun for my son. Dane then proceeded to tell me that he has a lot of experience with kids and felt justified in what he did. I explained that what he did was not okay to do with my son. He would not allow me to speak, he spoke over me and told me he didn't want a "piss fight." He said that I better not come in here to his place of work and tell him anything about his behavior, I was in his territory.....But when you put your hands on my child in an inappropriate manner, you are in my territory....My child should feel safe with and respected by his coach. This same day, half of the children in my son's class ended up in the lobby because they were not given clear instructions about where to go when the class was being rotated between the two coaches. I couldn't find my son for a moment, and this was disturbing. During the summer, when my son was five, this same coach, Dane, approached my son's coach, a young woman, picked her up and threw her. This also made the children uneasy. The owner was not there the day my son was held in the air by his leg. She was out of town. I immediately sent her a text explaining what happened. When I was finally contacted by the owner, she defended Dane. She would not believe a word I said. She said he was only spotting my son. Holding a child high in the air by one leg has nothing to do with spotting. Not. At. All. She told me that I didn't have any proof. She told me that I went out on the floor and interrupted class, this also was not true. I waited until class was over and everyone was gone to speak to Dane about what happened. I asked her why she would not believe what I was telling her. She told me I was unprofessional and disrespectful. This was not a safe and respectful environment for me or my child. It was my experience that both Dane and the owner twist any negative issue around to make the paying customer look like the problem.
