If you want to cancel your membership, it will take 30 days. So you need to pay one more month after you cancel. Nobody will tell you before. The customer service was so rube.

It’s always been a great workout experience for the 4 years I’ve been a member. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I wish could bring them to Texas with me so I can continue being a member!!!

We ❤️ 10gym. We joined about a month ago and signed up for personal training and childcare. The childcare is amazing they do so well with our 2yo who has never been to daycare. If you want your tail whooped, hit up B for some personal training sessions. Norm is the manager and is amazing too. Norm will help you find a personal training plan that will meet your goals but also fit your budget! Highly recommend the NW Expwy location!

Recently my wallet was stolen and I had to cancel all of my cards. I completely forgot about my automated payments that I had set up with 10gym. The beautiful lady at the front desk waived the late fee without knowing anything about my situation!! This isn't the sole reason why I decided to leave a review, but it is definitely a part of why I'm leaving a 5 star review!! I appreciate the friendliness and positive attitude given to me!! I will continue to visit this location, ALTHOUGH, I would love it if y'all would place one closer by the Kilpatrick Turnpike...somewhere around Council and Rockwell!! 😂😉

A massive shout out to Norm! at 10gym. Best coach and best trainer out here. Opting for a fitness program with Norm is one of the best decisions I've ever made. He takes his time to make sure you get a workout tailored to your goals. Overall, 10gym just has a unique and great atmosphere. The people working there are awesome and great to work with.
