Such a awesome gym. The owner truly cares about the clients and puts them first. The facility is maintained better than any other gym i have seen. Will be my new home!

Awesome Gym, conveniently located, and the staff is exceptional! You will not find a cleaner gym in OKC. The staff are super friendly and eager to help with any tips or questions you have!

Super clean gym! Love coming here early mornings & late nights to get a good pump in. Never have to worry about it being too packed & is always well kept. All around a well ran business.

One of the smoothest experience i’ve ever had joining a gym. The owner was extremely personable and made me feel like family. It’s also one of the cleanest gyms i’ve ever been in, as well all the employees were ready to give me pointers on different work outs without me even getting a PT!! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a gym to call home

Not the largest gym in the world but they have everything you need and I like that it is smaller. The staff and owners stay on top of fixing equipment, updating equipment, and most importantly - keeping the place clean. Most gym showers and bathrooms can get pretty nasty but this gym keeps everything so clean. They will answer any questions or concerns you have. They are polite and friendly. This gym is awesome!

Not the best one I have visited. Small, aging equipment needs service. Not enough Small bar bells only one. Never seen staff cleaning anything. Only seen staff there 2 times in the last 6 months. Mid day. Not my main gym. Others in Oklahoma City are better.
