His shorts are too short, his hair is too long, and his jokes are super corny. He’s also the best trainer I’ve ever had. He really takes that time to become invested in your health and wellness journey and doesn’t just see you dollar signs. The app he uses is great and easy to follow. His follow up is great and he really make sure you get the most out of your work out. But it isn’t just about lifting weights, it’s whole health and wellness, including nutritional goals and values.

Having Zak as a trainer when beginning my fitness journey has been rewarding. He has not only been understanding and patient but also motivating and accountable. After just a couple of weeks, I can feel and see a difference in myself. He really works with me on what I want to strengthen and improve but doesn’t neglect other parts that I don’t pay much mind to. He puts much emphasis of how everything on the body connects to one another. He doesn’t force me to change much in my diet but suggests what I should incorporate instead and I really take huge appreciation in that. For someone who has been told how to look a certain way all my life, Zak has helped me shift that mindset to a much healthier one. Can’t wait to keep improving on myself with Zak’s guidance!

I highly recommend Zak & his training programs.He tailors exercises and training programs to your unique body and goals. From the initial consult and evaluation of body movements, I felt I was in good hands. He assessed what areas I was weak in and included my personal goals in the program as well. Additionally, your training program changes at regular intervals. So there isn’t any period of getting bored or not being challenged.When scheduling in-person sessions Zak is extremely accommodating and flexible. As an active duty military member and full time student this was crucial to my fitness goals.The personalized training programs are easy to understand and follow along on your own if you choose to do solo sessions, or online coaching too. The application that you use to track your progress and complete training sessions gives you a real picture of your progress.Zak focuses on your body mechanics, perceived level of exertion, and motivates you to keep pushing. If you’re looking to get your fitness journey started, back on track, or assistance from an expert FitYes Fitness is the way to go.

Zak has been a fantastic trainer for both me and my wife. He is always positive and encouraging, keeps each workout interesting and challenging, and motivates us to be our best. Zak and the groups that we work out with never make us feel uncomfortable and he is very knowledgeable and ready to help. Zak was exactly what my fiancé and i needed to achieve our fitness and overall wellness goals. He holds you accountable but is understanding that we are not perfect.
