Tried Aqua Extreme this morning and it was no joke! Also the most fun I’ve had in a pool in quite a while! I just joined a couple of weeks ago and have tried several of the early morning classes offered. So far they have all been top notch. It was easy to get set up with a trainer and there is plenty of weight and machine options. This facility is worth every penny!

Edit: We're on week 2 now of regular AC in the new gym. Attendance is fantastic from what I've seen. Thank you, thank you, and thank you for finally getting organized on this. Back to 5 stars y'all.Of course 5 stars for the building and variety of stuff to do here. 1 star for the management of this facility. The "new" gym has been in excess of 80 degrees for way longer than it would take any competent management team to resolve.Excuses abound and change every time I ask about the lack of air-conditioning.That tells me exactly what's going on here. Management isn't communicating with their team, so if they can't get that simple detail correct, they are most certainly not communicating effectively with the vendors responsible for safe operation of the facility. There are elderly folks dripping in sweat, and attendance in the activities in the new gym is dwindling from my observations over the last couple of weeks of 80 plus degree heat in there.A simple paper sign letting us know that something is actually being done would be great. And a working air conditioner in this modern era would be even better.Let's work together to get this review up to the 5 stars it should be.

Staff wasn't as friendly as I have grown to expect from INO. I actually enjoyed my Whataburger more.

I joined for a place to walk inside during the winter. I found exercise classes for all levels like Beginning and intermediate Tai Chi, Dance to be Fit, yoga, and a variety of harder classes and hobby classes, not to mention a swimming pool and pool tables and daily lunch specials. Like any gum, there are free weights, exercise machines and many treadmills.

Just started personal training sessions with Mike — very nice guy and knowledgeable trainer. I’m very pleased to be working with him!
