Landry is an incredible trainer. As a former college wrestler I felt challenged during the workouts, in a room full of diverse workout experience. The atmosphere was fun and lighthearted which made it enjoyable. The workouts were targeted for intentional results as well as modified for every persons individual need. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend.

Lift’d OKC is the best gym in the OKC area by far. Landry Hammond has extensive training, diet and uses a hands-on approach with every client to ensure they are safely working out correctly! 1000% recommend this gym to anyone looking to better themselves and be surrounded with a friendly gym environment.

Lift’D OKC and Landry (the trainer) have totally changed the game for me! The facility is well equipped and adaptable for any and everyone. Landry, who has such a passion for helping others become their best self, and everyone who also works out there, are so encouraging! I highly recommend this judgement free gym.

I have never felt more confident in the gym thanks to Landry’s training. I have been going to lift’d OKC for over a year now and have loved every minute of it. Great trainer, clean workout space, no judgement and fun classes are a few of my favorite things about Lift’d Okc.

My husband and I trained with Landry for about 8-9 months prior to our wedding day. I can honestly say that’s the best shape I have been in since college athletics! Landry takes the time to get to know what your fitness goals are and tailors her training to meet that expectation. She also provided nutritional support which is a huge part of the journey. She never once cancelled a workout on us, and held us accountable to our goals! Landry really cares about her clients and it shows because so many of them keep coming back!
