Have been attending Union Performance for a little over three months. As with any gym, you get out of it, what you put in to it. That said, the unique approach to the operation of this gym is why it has worked well for my lifestyle. It essentially works as a come and go model. It is clean, modern and well maintained.The workouts are displayed on multiple screens where the owner shows you exactly how to do the exercises. Mobility is as important in the workout as strength and conditioning and that's important to me as I've noticed in my late 30's staying flexible takes intentional effort.As a member, I have access to an app that unlocks the door and allows me to do the workout at any time. The owner is easily accessible should I have any concerns. I've truly found my tribe in this facility.

Love Union Performance and love this location - the space is beautiful and functional. The flexible schedule and remote entry give me the opportunity to remain consistent and be in control of my gym schedule while still participating in a structured workout program - a combination that most gyms can’t deliver.

I love Union Performance! It’s a great gym and RT is the best. The workouts are challenging and push you forward in your health goals. It is wholistic and truly helps improve your health. Love going and will continue going for awhile!

Incredible gym! The workouts are so attainable yet very effective. I love being able to go at any time in the morning or night. I always feel safe here and they keep it very clean!!! Highly recommend!!!

Great place! I never consistently worked out before joining Union. The atmosphere is not intimidating and the videos show you exactly what to do. Workouts push you to get in better shape but aren’t over the top.

Such a convenient concept for the downtown area. They have open gym times with door access that makes it convenient to use mid-day when I need to step away from work. You can follow along with their format or do your own.Small, yet really functional space. Loads of equipment to use.
