I cancelled my account via the form they had sent me in 2019. Fast forward to today, I got a notice on my credit report that my account went to collections But 18 months later is just now posting to my credit report. They sent me the form to cancel and I sent it back! I lived 30 seconds away from this gym at the time and would have no reason to not properly cancel my membership. I was aware how to cancel and did so when I moved out of the city.Edit: and I just found a copy I made of the form because I Keep track of everything! I had printed it off because it needed to be mailed in. Printed it off from them sending it to me, filled it out and mailed it in.

I'm not a fan have asking for any kind of pointers of fitness nor dare to ask anything of any employees in any industry due to terrible customer service. All I asked was for help, and I knew that the employee there would never help me. And I've worked and needed help before so I'm forced to ask for help, like any experience I've had, no one wanted to help. At first they seem engaging and into what you want, my first impression was wow they are into their customers, their engaging and helpful, now with the current employee who doesn't engage in anything at all. Once I'm done with this gym, I'm just going to try out another gym. This place is horrible.

Owners are very engaging to clients and very friendly. They work with you on your goals and give you all sorts of detailed information as well as suggest group training. Would recommend joining!

Everything is great about this gym. A minute from my house, owners are perfect, clean machines, clean environment, no need to wait for machine or dumbells to work on, not crowded. And its "anytime" fitness, so with the key that you have, you can go "anytime." Definitly giving this gym a 5-stars rate.👌👌 …

This is a very nice gym. Seldom do I have to wait to get on equipment. The facility is clean and the owners seem very nice. This is hands-down my favorite gym that I've been to.

Friendly staff and members, professional staff that are welcoming and encouraging, very clean facility, great and new equipment. My husband and I love it and have been attending since this location opened approximately a year ago.

I'm a new member, but so far it's been great! The owners are incredibly friendly, personable and very hands-on! So far, so good! :) You should definitely check this gym out! The prices are great, too! Very affordable! I'd highly recommend! :)

Nice people, equipment is always clean, it doesn't stink or anything and it's a welcoming environment, much like any other AF club, if you're scared to go to a gym because of how you look, I recommend trying them out!
