Kent and his support staff are great! I feel encouraged to push my limits in a healthy way. Kent is active on social media and he's really good about following up with you during the week to see how you're doing. He maintains a good balance of workout intensity with a positive, friendly atmosphere. His times are flexible and he's great about communicating with you to meet your specific needs and goals. I lost 1.2 lbs in my first week!!
