Started about two weeks ago and loving it! Super fun classes, a great community of people, and a very encouraging environment! Definitely already seeing a change in my body and feeling stronger!

I was worried at first that I needed to be super fit, but they have options and adjustments for any level. The trainers are friendly and helpful, and walk you through each step to get started. The best part for me is the time. They have multiple hours during the morning and evening to jump in. It makes it easy to find a time that works.

Nerve Health and Fitness is an awesome community of people who are for each other and help make each other better people in so many ways! Cody and the other trainers will get you stronger, healthier and better mobility than you have ever had. Every year my nutrition improves as I learn to eat better too. Lots of class times to choose from and great folks in all of them.

I absolutely LOVEEEEE Nerve. I was not sure what I was getting myself into when I first joined this gym. When we told the owner that we wanted to join, he replied, “you will quickly realize that this is more than just a gym.” This is one of the coolest things about this gym. The community is unreal, the workouts are insanely challenging yet so so rewarding, and the owner/other trainers are so helpful and willing to devote their time and efforts to help you thrive. You will not regret joining Nerve! Whether you’re super in shape or starting from the bottom, they have shown that they are always ready to meet you where you’re at.

I just started here a couple weeks ago and can't believe the individualized attention and instruction I've received to make it possible for me to get off to a great start. I've never done anything like this before so I had a lot to learn and they've been very supportive.

GREAT GYM!! Very enthusiastic and non-judgmental people. Although blinds would be a nice feature to the gym for the early morning classes.

Awesome experience. I'm a crossfit first-timer. Cody, the owner, reached out personally after I signed up for a pass to see if I needed help reserving a class. He walked through the whole workout beforehand and used the various lifts/exercises as a warmup. He was super encouraging throughout the workout as were the other members. I can tell there's an awesome environment and community here.

Nerve is unlike any other gym. It’s like a small community that pushes everyone to work hard. I will say I was overwhelmed with the term “CrossFit” but nerve is so much more than that. The coaches push you to do your best and forget the rest.
