This place is more than a fitness facility- it’s a fitness HOME! These people are my rock and the reason I get up and go everyday-even when I don’t want too! Through good times and not so good times, the coaches have all cared about the people and our individual journeys. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else

I’ve been a member of One Gym for nearly 2 years now. In that time, I’ve gained muscle, lost fat, and found a sustainable fitness and nutrition lifestyle. It’s a great community and beautiful gym!

One Gym Elkhorn is awesome. This was my first time with a gym like this. The coaches and community are amazing and the impact it has made on my fitness level in the last 6 months is crazy.

Joined the gym a month ago after relocating from Indy. This gym is great for those looking for community. It is also a great atmosphere for pushing yourself. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been a member for 8 years and still love it. The community is outstanding…very welcoming to visitors and new members. There is a wide age range as well.The coaches are very professional and personable. They pay attention to form and are great at scaling options. I get emails, texts, and postcards celebrating accomplishments (anniversaries, my first handstand, my birthday). I can ask them for help if I am struggling with something.The nutrition coaches are first rate. They are absolutely non-judgmental and are available whenever I have questions. In Body testing is available every other month to members.The new facility is first rate (and always very clean).

Since starting at One Gym Elkhorn in March and I have been extremely impressed with all aspects of the gym. The coaching is wonderful, they truly care about your personal growth and journey and actually take the time to provide individual instruction and correction so you learn the moves correctly. I have seen huge growth personally both in my confidence as well as my strength and ability to perform the workouts. The other members are very welcoming and it really feels like its own community. Everyone is so positive and supportive! One Gym Elkhorn is a unique gym that offers much more than just CrossFit type workouts. I personally also enjoy the cardio classes to add variety to my week. Their focus on nutrition is just as impactful as the workouts. I appreciate the variety of class times available as well as the ease of using the app that correlates to the schedule and workouts. I highly recommend One Gym Elkhorn!

Best decision I made was to join One Gym! The coaches are very knowledgeable and are great at helping and teaching us. They are super at helping modify the wods or teaching the various movements. The community is a 2nd family to me. I really value this place, the coaches, the people, and my friends that I have made here. The workouts are varied and there are so many options of workouts to do. Love pushing myself and showing up!

They pay attention to form and take time to teach proper technique and answer questions. They truly care about your fitness journey.
