This place is great! Full mix of fitness levels should feel welcome here. The staff and coaches are diverse and inclusive. The staff makes a point to know your name. Beyond that, the workouts are awesome! Definitely wouldn't push myself as much during an individual workout.

Awesome place to push yourself and see the results you want! I’ve been going for about three months and have never looked back. The workouts are fun, and are always different. The coaches are helpful and motivating. The community is laid back and friendly. I actually look forward to working out and that’s never been the case for me! Love OTF!

I reall loved these workouts, but you have to schedule your classes in advance with their online app. Unless you are able to schedule your weekly workouts at least 5 to 7 days in advance, the evening classes and weekend classes are always full and on a waitlist. I have a hectic work schedule and there was no flexibility for me to, for example, cancel a Monday workout when I had to work late and reschedule for Tuesday, because the Tuesday classes are already full. It was very frustrating, and when I talked to the manager there about it, her suggestion was to just show up and MAYBE there would be room if someone else didn't show up.

West O's Orange Theory is one of the best places around. When I joined in Augustish of 2018 I was running around an 8 minute mile. By January I was completing over 2 miles in 12 minutes and I did no additional training beyond what was taught in class. The staff and coaches here are all excellent people who listen. The coaches are extremely informative, helpful and supportive. Because of OT I am running in the Lincoln marathon that I hope to finish in under 3hr 30mn. Before OT I would have had a hard time finishing a 5k in general. I cannot suggest OT, especially the West O location, enough to anybody.Additionally if you get the unlimited, you truly can go as often as you want/can. I went to somewhere betwwen 10 to 12 classes a week. It's equivalent to what I received in personal training sessions, but for a far lesser price overall.

I’m an out-of-towner and visited this studio for the first time last week. Love Lori as an instructor and Jacob at the front desk was super helpful and friendly with helping my friend get acquainted with the studio! OTF is always a great workout but it’s so much better with an awesome coach and encouraging staff.

Orangetheory Fitness is an awesome workout and the coaches at Midtown keep me on track! The staff and coaches are amazing!!! It’s one of the first places in a long time that I looked forward to going to workout at!!!

This is the best workout I have ever done. The instructors are amazing and keep you energized throughout the entire workout and I love that your not just doing the same thing all the time. Never knew I liked Trx bands until now.

I fell in love with OTF after trying a free class in April. Every hour I spend in this place is precious "me" time. I have only taken classes with Katie and Jeremy, but they are both wonderful. Katie taught the first class that I took and she was so thorough in explaining the format and equipment before class, that I felt totally comfortable right out of the gate. If my schedule allowed me to take a class everyday, I would! Can't say enough positive things about this location and the OTF concept in general!

Love, love, love OTF! My first experience was last year as part of a blog project to trial 10 fitness places and review them. I stayed partial in the review, but personally felt that OTF was my kind of workout.Very cardio intensive and a perfect complement to someone looking to increase speed and endurance.I've been going for 5 months now and I'm addicted. Awesome coaches, music, workout variety. The only two cons is the community isn't as strong as Crossfit communities and the price is a bit steep.Nonetheless, I still love it.If you commit to coming, your body will improve.

I love that I come for an hour and work all areas of my body. I love the variety of times offered, upbeat coaches and staff, workouts are different every day, and how working in a group pushes me to that next level! I’ve been working out at OTF for 2.5 years now and at 37 years old I’m in the BEST shape of my life!
