I love Powerlife classes! Everyone from the instructors to the members are so kind and welcoming. The classes are tough, but so so fun. I prefer the Sculpt 45 minute classes which incorporate a bit of yoga, weights, and bursts of cardio. I love all the instructors but Ms Adrianna is my favorite. I really like how many classes they have during the day. Even if I miss a morning class, I have tons of options to make it to another.

I LOVE Power Life yoga! The instructors are encouraging and obviously well trained. The workouts are hard, but in the best way! It's a great place to get a work out in!

I am not a current member right now but I was a couple months ago and am trying to go there every now and then. It is a very clean yoga studio. (I have seen them clean the studios right after classes) I like how their changing rooms are well equipped. (Showers, hair dryer, locker, deodorant etc) Reception is always friendly and smiling. If you have never tried yoga or barre go for it and make sure you do it at one of the poser life omaha studios. Simce their symbol is a fireball everytime I walk in I’m like “this is so fire nation!”. All classes I’ve attended had a lifting spirit. I don’t feel like I am being tortured even though it is a heated excercise or if it is with weights. Special thanks to Alexis for being such a positive yoga teacher. If you can’t decide about it, I recommend downloading “mindbody” app and constantly check their schedule because they always have a free class! (Yes I also have been to a lot of free classes they offered but it was never made a problem by them either) Overall, best yoga studio in Omaha.
