Testify is a great place to learn how to get strong! Phil has been my coach for 4 years and is great at teaching the lifts safely! He is awesome at coaching all types of people, whether young or old! The environment at Testify is very much like a family. Everyone encourages each other to get strong and have fun! If you want to get strong but aren't sure how, Testify is the place for you!
