I’ve been attending the 55+ group since August 2022 and absolutely love everything about it. When I started this group I felt I was in pretty good shape, but have to admit that I now feel much stronger than when I began - I can literally see and feel the difference in my strength and endurance. The workouts are thoughtfully planned out with focus on specific muscle groups, and they are followed for 30 days before other muscle groups are focused upon. The Trainers (Betsy, Nick, Luke, and Arman) are stellar individuals, each offering a plethora of knowledgeable guidance, and encouragement. The facility is relaxed and inviting as well as fully functional with all required tools - not one of those other locations where at times it’s questionable if it’s a gym or a tavern, LOL. All kidding aside, I just can’t say enough about how valuable the 55+ Group has been - it’s definitely been a blessing in my life, and I will attend this Group Class as long as it is offered!

4 weeks with UBX and feeling great. Working with personal trainers has helped improve my form, performance, endurance, and strength. I've worked out at the gym on my own for years...here are some of the things I've been missing:1. Expert who corrects my form to prevent injury2. Group who encourages each other3. Trainer who challenges me4. Individualized workout program to maximize my potential5. Spotter so I can push myself further6. Accountability to show up7. Meal plan and nutrition advice8. There is meal planning and I have never seen results so quickly and I'm forty five years old and I have spent my life in the gym all during high school til now. I 've always been fit but this an amazing transformation. I brought in Photos of Olympic athletes, and as long as I keep putting in the work and the meals. My friends DOUBT that I need to keep going because of how great I consistently look. I've always been thin by doing weights and running and now I have abs and muscles that flex on their own, Tony the Ab General has been my trainer for the last year and I thank God for him everyday. I'm lean strong, and when I do run 5 miles and bike 30 miles, in the morning before starting my work day I than God again for educating my trainer Tony. It's almost too easy, do to my training, and people of all ages are amazed my muscle definition. And more so that I will follow Tony across the globe. I drive almost an hour, to train with him. I'm impressed by his dedication, to his body, his life, his wife, his new family training with him. But most of all his undying dedication to me and my plan for my body.
