I came in specifically to use the Black Card Room.The hydromassage and massage chair are in rooms with full on lighting.Which is not conducive to getting a relaxing experience.I mentioned this to a Planet Fitness employee, who escorted me back to the room indicating that there was a dimmer on the light switch.My suggestion was to keep the room dim.

Staff is friendly. Showers and lockers are clean, for the most part. My only complaint would be that they need to check the toilet paper dispensers more often.

I was kicked out because some lady felt too intimidated by the way I worked out... Lady if you see this, a gym is where you lose weight or gain muscle strength. Not where you have a slice of pizza and coka-cola while you sit on the bike. If you feel intimidated and want to stay fat, stay at home.
