Garbage company and a dirty, outdated, and cramped location. As like many other gyms, they're dishonest and difficult about how to cancel memberships and purposely deceitful. They provide an option to cancel online but will continue to charge you if you don't email or go directly to the location claiming they aren't owned by corporate. The only way to contact corporate is through PO Box. Then your account is deleted and they purposely do not send a confirmation of cancellation.Crunch is a clear example of why people are distrustful regarding gyms and most memberships. If you're going to make the mistake of becoming a patron at this location, don't compound it by believing Crunch as an organization will be honest or respectful to you in the slightest.

The monthly rates are reasonable and the staff is friendly. It's also pretty clean in the gym and locker rooms. They recently upgraded all of their gym equipment. A much needed renovation.

In my experience, the women’s bathroom and locker room area is super clean! It’s always spotless in there. :) Very friendly service in the evening from staff.Additionally, the vibe is very comfortable and chill at this gym during evening and late hours, even on days it’s busy.Please fix the stair masters and add more. Please consider extending weekday hours, at least until midnight.**update 7/28: some stairmasters have been fixed, thank you!

So I froze my membership for personal reasons in Feb and they have been charging me since the last two months. Not going to the gym and still being charged WOWI also tried reaching out to the manager through mail as told by the front desk and no response. I had been member for 4+ years and I’m highly disappointed.

Very good. Only problem is that it closes at 10 on weekdays instead of 11 or midnight which would be ideal.

Good atmosphere with great staff and equipment
