Everybody has an opinion these days. This gym gets me the basis of what I need. I walked in on my own, knowing what I wanted sat down with Jaylen 24 Hour instructor also team Member, who by the way is a great Personal Trainer (yes that's my up sale and no I don't work here, but did get a month trainer pack.) The manager Bri is wonderful and is currently out on maternity leave, Pete from Fullerton is covering her and he's just as friendly. This gym has new and old equipment and yes at times equipment is used so expect it to be scratched, chipped paint, or occasional rust. Lots of people use these workout tools and they also get cleaned by chemicals. The gym is always clean and in as orderly manner as can be for a gym. I like that it has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The locker rooms are very adequate. I will say a little more cleaning can be done in the mens locker room toilet and urinal area. Also since Covid I guess the child care program has stopped and they've got a huge empty space selling minimal hydration beverages for workouts and snacks. This is probably the only suggestion I'd make to utilize that space more . The space has much more potential for revenue or an actual pop up supplement shop and seems to be forgotten about and its a eye sore to look at upon walking in. All in all this place is a 5 out of 5. P.s. if you know what you want when you come in like I did that's great. Of course they want you to sign up for everything and get the most expensive membership. Please be patient and let the Team Member go through the motions of it, it's just part of thier job.

Peter a manager at this gym was absolutely rude and made up a non existing rule because I was relaxing on the floor after my hour work out. He proceeded to say I was loitering which Is absolutely ridiculous I felt uncomfortable and confused as to why I could not be sitting in that area this is unacceptable to make up a rule that is not posted on the 24 hour fitness website. I’ve been a loyal member for over 10 years and been to many different 24hour gyms and this is the first time someone with that kind of self entitlement approached me in that matter. The regional manager of this establishment needs to address this manager immediately. I will be in contact with corporate and its sad to say just one person can make a gym look this ridiculous. Never coming back.

I have been to several, some are in better condition than others. But overall, I've been happy with all the locations. I have 8 within 20 minutes. Some open 24 hour, some open to 10. But did one payment good any club for a whole year and can bring 2 work out buddies each time too.

This gym is not living up to its name 24 hours. I don't know why they only have limited hours. They charge too much for it to be open only certain hours. People come from work late and want to enjoy their gym time either early in the morning or late at night. Very disappointing

This gym I go to when I come visit Anaheim: the people are great and everyone reracks their weights... I am very impressed with the leg equipment they have here. Wish all 24hr s would have the same leg equipment.

better change the name to 10 HOUR FITNESS. This is the only 24H in OC that closes 8pm. And when I asked the staff why, she said “at fullerton its 24H”

The STAPH INFECTION I and my girlfriend contracted at this gym and had a doctor confirm the complications due to the STAPH INFECTION directly led to our MISCARRIAGE . I complained for (4-6) weeks and gave them an opportunity to discuss this matter privately leaving my number for management on two separate occasions. When it was finally addressed it was shouted at my girlfriend from 20 feet away “Im sorry about your MISCARRIAGE” after staff had shouted at me from a similar distance as I walked off to cool off and not escalate a well deteriorated situation. My girlfriend stayed to discuss it with the manager and after trying to calm down discussed I it over the phone I was given every excuse under the sun from a wrong number to not following up to passing the buck onto other employees and at what point does someone take ownership of their job and their staff I still cannot believe what took place and that nothing has been done. If those floors were clean simply put they would smell clean (like the ten gallons of bleach she claimed they use each week) I’ll be going elsewhere obviously but I’m still taken back and at a complete loss for and by the entire experience.

Limited hours! Better change the name from 24h!Dirty sauna and steam room closes 1 hour before the gym closes! No shower curtains! Most machines are broken.

The gym is okay. It could use a facelift though in regard to gym equipment, and it needs to go back to being open 24 hours. Early morning hours are the best times to go. Once you get into the afternoon/evening hours, the place gets too packed, making it difficult to use any equipment at all. If you want a better gym experience, try a different 24 Hour Fitness. Like the one in Yorba Linda 🤷♂️.
