I have been a member for many years and can honestly state that there are hardly any locations - 24 Hours in operation anymore. If the name states (24 Hour Fitness), than you should comply to your values.and commitments.I bought a life time membership, so I can use the facilities any time.

I wish I could give zero stars. The pool has to much chemicals in it. It bleached my bathing suite and my throat feels like it has a chemical burn. My black suite is now pale washed out grey. I informed them about it and they closed the pool. They had no concern with my burning throat and very generously credited me $14.99 for my ruined $80 swim suite. I’m not happy.

I've been a 24 gym member for 10 years and I can honestly say most of the gyms are looking worse every day! Especially this one on orangewood. Machines are constantly out of order, exercise bikes are always broken, bathrooms, showers, and lockeroom are always filthy! Never any hand soap, body wash, or toilet paper, the stalls are falling apart. The staff is ok typical young employees always on their phones but what do you expect? Will be canceling my membership soon!

Staff are helpful although the gym itself is highly outdated. There is RUST and pain PEELING OFF while the seats are also showing considerable wear and tear. Considering how full the gym can become, I’m surprised they don’t have the funds to replace and refurbish. I come in and I feel like the 80s hit me in my face including equipment from that decade. 24 Hours Fitness NEEDS to renovate this location ASAP. (I’ve been to EOS/Anytime/Fitness 19/LA fitness around Southern California and this location is the worst)
