Great service and also I got a trainer here and he was the best! He trained me in some exercises and I still apply them to this day!

Works never follow thru with there rules. When the announcement saying the 24hr team will be going around checking the floors, No team members does it. Very UnAcceptable!!!

Ive never been when its not crowded. Its always been a struggle to pick up a great workout. The large amount of equipment makes it a bit easier.

Worst staff I’ve ever dealt with at a gym! Went in to look at the facility before I decided to sign up and couldn’t even get a walk through from Jazlyn. Told me I had to pay for a day pass to check it out. Really!? So you can’t show me the facility before I invest in it. Ridiculous!!!

I've never written any reviews, but this place makes me do one. I came to this facility with the 3 days pass to check out how it is before I stated my membership, but staffs didn't let me in due to its too late. I nicely asked them for a walk to see what they have, and still got the NO answer. How could I spend my money for a place I don't know how bad it would be?

Old equipment, dirty restrooms and locker area, smells odd in some areas. I had 24 hr fitness in the early 2000’s and it’s nothing like it used to be. At least this specific location is garbage. I just purchased my membership and will be canceling it.
