Great service up until you move and try toCancel then they treat you very poorly. Bad service and un fair business practices of having to go all the way to where you open the account just to cancel, also cancellation fee is unjust and they lie when you open your account saying you can cancel at any time.

Too many people, especially men! They should make a all woman’s workout area so that way the men there can stop staring at your workout. It’s annoying that you start working out and you turn, only to see that most of the men are staring. It’s a clean gym but my only problem with this gym is how packed it gets. Peak or no peak time, it’s always packed! There is no stairs equipment there either.

The gym is nice enough. When I was a member a before, the 30-minute workout area, ellipticals and the hydro beds were particular favorites. However, I went in this evening to sign back up only to find out that I can't use my corporate credit card for payment. I vaguely remembered having an issue last time I signed up but had forgotten that Planet Fitness requires that you provide bank routing information. Last time, the staff member allowed me to use my credit card, even though she said she "wasn't supposed to." The staff member this evening wasn't as accommodating. So how am I supposed to sign up when it's a company perk? Very disappointed. Guess I'll be looking into CrossFit or Anytime Fitness instead.Update: I do appreciate the response from Planet Fitness. However, in this day and age, a stolen credit card number is far better than stolen banking information. I can just cancel a credit card and get a new one. But it's much more trouble to switch banks after banking information has been stolen. So, although I appreciate that Planet Fitness wants to avoid billing issues by drafting directly from a bank account, for security reasons I am not willing to give that information out. Additionally, I feel like the direct bank draft is self-serving for Planet Fitness and not really meant to be a convenience for customers.

The gym, bathrooms, machines are well maintained and CLEAN! Sherry is AWESOME! My sister and I have watched her transform the Groves, Texas PF and now Orange! She is kind and obviously hard working because every gym we have seen her at...Beaumont, Groves, Orange, it is changed into a MUCH nicer PF than before she came to help.PF....NEVER let her go!

Planet Fitness provides a comfortable environment with no pressure upon its members. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is exceptionally clean, considering the many people who traffic the place. The members are mature, somewhat aloof, but respectable toward others. They seem to spare no expense in providing hi-tech equipment. I strongly recommend Planet Fitness

Great place to work out. I rarely have to wait on the equipment I use. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The only complaints I have are that Planet Fitness doesn't allow scales. This one has no shower caddies for your hygiene products. No air dryers for your hands. (I prefer paper towels honestly but air dryers come in handy) I also don't like walking in the changing room to see a bunch of guys sitting around on their phones. Kinda weird bro.

Small quiet location. Best that I've been to so far. Very busy around 5am and 7 pm.

It's a great place to work out at. I love it come see us. You will love it

This is my home gym. Nice staff. Very clean. Not as many options as other gyms have though.

This gym is horrible!!! It's a hassle canceling and ridiculous they require to mail in a letter to cancel??? Are we still in the 90s? Stupid a** gym never again. Thier gym rules are also so stupid.
