Management was very rude. I was wearing a sleeveless workout shirt, he decided to pick me and my gym partner out and tell us we needed to wear T-Shirts. There were at least 5 other guys with sleeveless shirts on, not a word to them. I will be cancelling my membership today.

Facilities are clean and the equipment is in great condition. The staff is friendly & helpful. We love going to Planet Fitness and their app lets us know when to expect a large crowd, which is very helpful.

Clean and the employees are exceptional could use a little more equipment there has never been a time when I didn't have to wait on equipment. Hard getting use to seeing people on there phone while sitting on equipment but that's my problem it's just the way things are now. Would like to see people not gather around machines especially around ab room like it's a social club and dont understand why they told my wife she couldn't use treadmill with cutoffs on but let some guy where a shirt that says IDo What The F--k. I Want To Do. Great place for beginner's and those who want to maintain.

I absolutely love this gym. My gym journey really improved once I started signing up for fitness classes with the trainer Misty. She is amazing y’all!! She really cares about you and wants you to succeed and do you best. I have signed up with the design your own program where she put a 4 week workout routine in for me and when I finish the 4 weeks to come back and reassess the program. Y’all I have had amazing results so far just following her program. I’m now on my new workout program she put together for me and she’s definitely pushing me harder. Which is good. I’m so glad I decided to take a step and workout with someone who knows what they are doing then doing this on my own. If you haven’t signed up for classes I highly recommend it. It has really been a blessing in my life. I now have swole-mates I workout with lol I’ve made gym buddies and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I love this gym and it’s amazing trainer! 💙💪🏼

I was so excited about becoming a member.I patiently waited 30 minutes for misty to discuss a workout plan. I understand things are done by appointments but I wasn’t told to make a appt. when she arrived she was VERY RUDE about me not making a appointment. I strongly believe she could’ve been more respectful. I immediately cancelled because of unnecessary confusion due to PRIDE. Things happens but it’s all about attitude. Therefore misty build some muscles and strength in the attitude area. God bless

No stair stepper and cheap cybex equipment. Need more hammer strength and life fitness equipment. Time for some upgrades.

There's this old lady in the morning she monopolize the light dumbbells sets like she own the gym.I suggest in pfitness Orange tx.to talk to costumers like that

Loved this gym for a long time and it's convenience, but today the manager attempted to steal money from my mother who is on SSI. She went on a rampage and cancelled my membership on top of my mother's despite the fact that I had just paid my yearly dues of $40+ and my monthly of $24+. I demand a refund!Planet Fitness should have refunded after they broke the agreement and lowered their hours to practically nothing. Only thing planet fitness in Orange has going for them is cost, but not when they steal money!Completely unprofessional staff and not at all what it used to be!Update: It was the assistant manager that attempted to steal money from my mother and cancelled my entire family's membership pit if spite! The manager, Dexter reached out, but continued to call my mother a lier and ignored the issue of my membership and my brother's. I had just paid my yearly dues and they cancelled mine without any reason! All because of a vindictive manager. Outrageous and unprofessional! I demand a refund of my dues so I can go to a gym that appreciates their customers. AVOID THIS GYM! It is not the same as it used to be!
