I be a guest over two months. I like Shelby and other members. But one guy I don't like. Very cocky and he not all that friendly. I gave it a three stars. Not the greatest gym, but do, until I find another one.

I have been to a lot of gyms and never have a felt the harassment of staff ..the manager is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I've been she has found something to harass me about.. my advice to anyone who enjoys working out in a peaceful environment is .. find another gym

Focus on your wellbeing by committing to a gym that offers 24 hour 7 day a week equipment. Best planet fitness I have ever been to clean, uncrowded work outs at almost any time of day. Another perk of the pf membership is When you travel you can use your planet fitness card at any location! Never been easier or cheaper to have a gym home.

They have stand up tanning so there is no touching the walls and it unlimited tans plus 24h access to the beds and gym for $20 a month. That's an easy decision to make. It's less than one session anywhere else in town.

Management could care less about their customers but the other employees are very nice. If you're on a budget this is the gym for you! Also, don't be nervous about the people that go here, nobody is rude!! Point system is cool, if you forget water you can use points to buy it.

I enjoy going here. We used to go to a different planet fitness. This one is leaps better quality than the other. While they both offer the same fitness option and black room. The staff is far friendlier for the most part, the facility is kept very clean, and the equipment seems to be more up-to-date. And their clientele seems to be kinder and more willing to route others on, maybe that's because it's an all around more welcoming place to be.

Trying to get with the fitness trainer is not easy, sign up for Design your own program, at the only time I can and they decide to leave early. Why bother signing up and leaving your number if no one calls to tell you this? I like the gym, but they are not very helpful

They have a rule...And that is wipe down your machine when you are done with it. seems like half the people there don't do it, the staff don't do anything about. I even came up with a simple solution wipe the Equipment down before you use it not after

CALLED ABOUT MYSELF, Retired Police detective and my cousin, a retired 20yr army vet, special forces, 8 tours of Iraq and Afghanistan.. Received a HANG UP 6 times over a 10 call hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And no call back after calling the complaint line. The staff is not supportive, questions are not answered to local heroes, and upon asking for a tour, the staff was busy telling older ladies to wipe off there treadmills. NOT A PLACE FOR ANYONE TO VISIT EVER.Imagine a sign, welcome heroes with us talking great about a place for families to visit instead of saying where fitness meets fantastic.. ISN'T here!NO ONE GO TO THE ORANGE TX SITE.

Horrible... I've been a blackcard member since November 2014 at the groves location. I've brought my kids' birth certificate like they've ask when I initially came to be put on file and now they request to bring their IDs. Since Orange opened we've alternated both location. Today's experience was horrible, we have ALWAYS came in using free weights and bars at the mats. We have never had any problems sharing with others. Staff came to tell us we are not allow to bring weights there. We all pay the same price and it should be first come first serve. I've also notified staff that one of the equipment is wobbly a while back. And still has not been fixed. I guess you pay for what you get. I've also recruited 6 members here and I've regretted since.
