Fitness CF

This location is very dirty and smells like urine in certain areas. Especially near the hydro massage bed where you want it to be hygienic.

I have been going to FitnessCF for 12 years in Dr. Phillips. It is always clean and the staff is awesome! I am now 64 and in the best shape of my life because of the equipment that FitnessCF has to help me work on my core and leg strength to play Golf better than I ever have!!

on 12/1/22, I HAD MY MEMBERSHIP REVOKED because I reported people using the massage room for other purposes than massage.They threatened canceling it if I kept sharing this information with others ( they are very shady and not transparent)They have a sign saying there's a camera there but it's not true. It's a dummy camera. They also have a sign saying only ONE person is allowed at that room.They called me today saying that their solution was changing the bed pad weekly and that they are not putting a camera. Cleaning crew already reported finding USED CONDOMS at this room.I think this is their best practice, to hide the dirt under the rug and don't act professionally….The RUDE “manager” whitney beck vapes inside the gym while on duty, “manager” otto is useless ( you can’t tell if he’s dead or alive) and the “owner” ( money collector 💰💰💰💰💰💰) pleasant lewis don’t answer emails, what else can you expect from this ghetto??

So, I don't know if this is how this facility runs things, or if it's the representative at the front desk, but...I went on Thursday and Friday in the morning (around 9 a.m.), and I was charged $20 for a day pass, each time. I didn't think anything of it, and paid it. I went on Sunday, 8/6, around 8 a.m., and I was charged $10.I highly doubt this is standard and will not become back when I visit Orlando.

Sandro was great! He was super friendly and took me around to show me the facility. Took me through a great training session! Felt amazing!

I love this gym. I have been coming here since 2013 it has many cardio, different machines and classes. There's no way you would get bored

From the moment I stepped in, everyone was very helpful and genuinely nice. Colin at the desk was a pleasure! Thank you for making me feel welcomed. Already signed up and ready to come back!

Customer service is some of the worst I've experienced within ANY company. They speak to you in a condescending way and without respect. The ability to cancel or freeze your account consists of you driving in person or emailing them, which takes days.If there is any other gym around, I would highly recommend you stay far and clear of this place.

My husband went today with the intention of starting his membership. Unfortunately, the young boy who was at the front desk told him, "I can't move from here to show you the gym." To which my husband tells him that if he can explain the facilities to know if he is interested or not to become a membership. The boy's response was "We don't have free passes for a day" ... disrespectful and vague. We ended up going to "POWER STRENGTH GYM". The difference in treatment and attention was abysmal... they showed him the gym the different options and so on. They lost a client for not moving from a chair.

Nice gym. I was here years ago when it was Golds Gym and today I returned after 10 years, many machines, excellent equipment, the only detail was the AC was too hot inside the gym.
