Lots of good equipment & I like that I can pay month to month as I only travel to the area for work. Nice to be able to work out in a REAL gym while on business trips. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cool!

I like this gym for the fact that it’s never too packed when I need to go/there’s almost always a squat rack available. The downside is that the women’s bathroom is not very accommodating, there’s only one large stall big enough to change in and people will occupy it for a long time which requires me to wait to change for my workout if I don’t feel comfortable getting naked in the public area. Also the large bathroom has no paper towels so when you wash your hands you have to drip out to the public area to get paper towels. Other than that the facility is pretty decent.

Good gym for travel! Tons of equipment, old school feel, not everyone on their phones. Some of equipment is dated, need more hammer strength type, and a brand new set of IRON dumbbells...other than that...will enjoy my workouts here when I come to Orlando for work purposes!

I have been a member here for over 2 years & about a year ago it retained a new owner. Let me tell you now, the new owner LOVES this gym & dedicates some much time & energy into this place & as member you can tell. Employees are cleaning the gym everyday and they are also very nice and welcoming. Even at peak hours I can still get a complete workout in without having to wait for equipment. I will always recommend this gym rather than a commercial gym any day!

Disappointed with the front desk and sales staff. I was interested in joining a new gym that wasn’t commerical like LA Fitness or Anytime Fitness. I check the Power Strength Gym website after reading great reviews and saw their prices. Unfortunately, the website is outdated with information and prices that are from 2022 and not for current new members. I call the gym and spoke to a gentleman Saturday who said he handled memberships to ask for more information on signing up for a gym membership. He told me that you can’t sign up online and to come to the gym to get more information. This is a failure of sales to tell a customer “I can’t give you more info but stopby if you want to learn more”. Either way, I drove to the gym the next day due to good reviews about the gym. When I spoke to the young lady at the desk about memberships, you see not only higher monthly prices than listed online on the website, but you see ADDITIONAL charges such as a written cancellation fee, an enrollment fee, and an ID card fee. At this point, this gym ends up being as pricey or more pricey than commercial gyms. Instead of reflecting these added charges online, they’re told to you in person which is a somewhat scummy and misleading sales tactic. So I drive 20 minutes to this gym just to see a higher monthly, added charges, and waste my time. I’m sure the gym itself is quality as it looked great in person, but the experience as an interested customer is easily one that will turn people away.

Great gym, but not well kept with the dumbbells, they are left all over the place and not put back in the right places.

We went last night at 9:15 pm bought the day pass and we were told we could come back today before 9:15 pm and we could get back in to work out. That was wrong.!!!!!!!!The girl at the desk called the owner & told us we would have to pay again. Bad owner I was considering joining but after this I don’t think so & I always paid cash up front for the year. This gym has gone down hill since it was sold. Was a solid gym when Valerie owned it! Very dirty and weighs are fallen apart. The other owner took care of the gym. It was always clean and the weights were in good condition. We use to be regulars at this gym, & since leaving 2years ago no improvements have been made. Anyway if I could give zero stars I would .

Visited this gym from out of state. Clean and not crowded which was nice. Efrain was super helpful!
