Someone close to me had given a bad but HONEST review (on both of our behalf), unfortunately, to bury it, it’s been brought to my attention these people have been posting fake reviews. Years ago, i would say the good reviews were real (different owners) but as of lately (less than a year ago till now). Please be aware and don’t let these new FAKE reviews fool you. In Orlando checking out new gyms and Power Strength did not disappoint. Efren was super helpful and accommodating and the layout and machines are dope af! Would highly recommend!

The employee at the front desk who checked me in was so informative and sweet. Great way to be welcomed in to a new gym loving it.Came back on 11/11 & once again Efrain was amazing!!!

Really enjoyed working at this gym. Everyone here were into their workouts and even motivated other people working out. Felt really comfortable here. All machines readily accessible not like other gyms. Highly recommend this gym.

Awesome gym and environment! If you are looking for a place to put in work without the bs from a big box gym this is the place for you! Big body builder and powerlifting community as well.

Joined on Black Friday for the 2 for 1 yearly special. I went to the Sand Lake location this week and was pulled out of the locker room and told they have cancelled my membership. Bad business!Would have made it 5 stars if this had not happened!I would have been a member for life.Shame !

The staff is friendly and the environment invites challenge. The floor is full with everything and I mean EVERYTHING you need to put your body where it needs to be from free weights to machines. The bathrooms need upgrading and the music is too loud. Other than that is perfect.
