The gym area is way to small and the weights are always in use. I have encountered some rude staff as well.

It all depends on what time you go. If you can make it to the gym before 3pm (preferably closer to 12noon), then it's fantastic for its price (or very late, around 9pm). However, I've given up trying to go in the afternoon. It's just too small for how many people show up. If you go in the afternoon you'll spend more time standing around waiting for equipment than working out. From 10am-3pm it's 5 stars. In it's busy hours, it's a waste of your time. Luckily for me, right now I can make it to the gym in the morning when there's only like 20 people there at most, so it's 5 stars for me. But if my schedule changes and I can't go at the right times, I would probably cancel my membership.

Very friendly and helpful staff at Fitness 19. There is plenty of equipment to use when I work out at noon every day. Everything you need to workout at a good price. Hard to beat.
