I have tried every method they gave me to cancel my membership, yet they still charge my account. I moved away and it is no longer convenient for me to go. They don't seem to care. If they would have told me at the time of signing up, it would be impossible to cancel....i would prefer to save my money. I guess I will have to crack the code so I don't have to pay for a membership I cannot use.

I was visiting my sister who is a member.. I got a 3 day pass and trained with her personal trainer Peter who was professional and awesome! I am usually intimidated when it comes to gyms but I felt really comfortable and welcome here. The front desk was also very friendly and accommodating.. even asked how to pronounce my name so as she said could say it correctly. I thought that was nice and made me feel even more welcome. If I lived here I’d definitely be a member! Thank you!

This is a great gym with great staff and clean equipment. The only downside is that it’s on the smaller side so it gets crowded after work hours. There is a daycare area that is no longer being utilized that would really give members more space and not be so crowded and hopefully make the wait time for certain machines quicker.

I absolutely love the gym. The equipment has recently rearranged and it’s really opened up the space. The staff is awesome as well, they’re always ready to help when needed.I would like to add that recently I visited the Camarillo facility and I was surprised by the huge difference in equipment availability at that facility in comparison to ours here in Oxnard. I would be very beneficial to add another squat rack with safety bars to our facility. That’s something that we don’t have that I would love to see at our gym.

mmmm I'm using the roous jimnacio that is next to walgreens in oxnard the truth is there are a lot of people subscribed to this gym it's very small and the music is very loud and the headphones can't be heard as if the music they play we should all like to lower the bolume and the truth is that I can't even leave until the lost contract is fulfilled, lower the music

I love going to fitness 19 because the service is great and the fitness 19 employees are great and the equipment is great as well I don't have any issues going in and not having anuff space to workout and I don't even have to wait to get into the gym and get my workout on and wait for any equipment that I really love to go in and use and the wait period outside the door isn't long it's pretty fast.
