I want to take the time to thank Mr Stromsoe and the Legacy team for helping my son and providing a space for him to grow in many ways. What I love about this place is how they instill confidence and provide a space that’s inclusive to children with neurodivergent needs. I am so grateful to the team, especially Mr. Stromsoe who takes extra time to help my son learn and grow.

About a year ago I saw and Ad for legacy martial arts. I then asked my son if he was interested and he said yes. Fast forward about year later it was by far the best thing I could have done. I’ve watched my son grow up and learn not just to defend him self but learn how to lead and speak up without being shy. The group of instructors are awesome Mr. Gregory, Mr. Stromesoe, and Ms. Rosales are always there greeting you with smiles and they will get to know each kid and show them that there is nothing to be scared of. Definitely give this a try you won’t regret it

My son has been attending Legacy for about a year and half more or less. When he started he was shy but really wanted to come out of his shell. During his time at legacy he has truly blossomed and is now more confident than he was before. Mr.Gregory, Mr. Stromsoe and the other instructors take the time to talk to these kids. The way they talk to the kids is very motivating. They help these kids realize that they can succeed, they can accomplish their goals but it’s going to take hard work and dedication. Nothing comes easy and neither does a black belt. If you want it you can achieve it and Mr.Gregory and his staff will be there to support you in that journey, just be prepared to put in the work. We truly love this place it’s our home away from home.

Legacy is a fantastic martial arts school. The instructors truly care about the well being and future of their students. My kids struggled with team sports so I enrolled them in Legacy and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Their self confidence has sky rocketed, even their teachers at school have noticed the change in them. At Legacy they learn self control, self defense, core strengthening, and my favorite, public speaking. Legacy is an investment in your kids future and it’s worth it!

Mr. Gregory and Mr. Stromsoe have provided my kids with invaluable lessons in confidence, respect, discipline and leadership. We started at Legacy because my son begged to be a ninja. My daughter followed soon after, with a strong desire to be more confident, and to learn to defend herself. They have both shown remarkable growth and are very excited to test for their First Degree Black Belts in December. The path hasn’t always been easy, but it was well worth it. We definitely recommend Legacy - you won’t be disappointed!

My son has been part of this academy for almost 6 years. The owner and instructors always keep the classes motivational and they treat everyone with respect.I originally signed up my son to teach him discipline and now he is a self-starter, self-motivated and all around good kid which I attribute to the many years we have had at Legacy.Don't hesitate and sign up your kids now -- you will not be disappointed!

Legacy Martial Arts is an excellent Karate establishment. Mr. Gregory and his staff are amazing, the standard of teaching is great and the classes they offer are flexible to meet your needs. Classes are suitable for all ages, male and female. My daughter has always had a positive experience and plans to continue training here and become a black belt one day. They truly care about their students. I highly recommend Legacy Martial Arts.
