All I have to say is be careful…because these workouts are insanely ADDICTING and the results are real. The coaches and staff are great! The community is very genuine and supportive. Best gym I’ve ever joined!

Simply the best . 20+ yrs of different gyms and training methods and I’m telling you this one IS THE BEST.Classes are awesome, coaches are top tier , the community is wonderful. If you think you work out hard , come over on a Stamina day and let me know after what you think .

I've been a member since 12-2023 & I regret not signing up when they opened 3 years ago. Signing up for the free trial membership was the hardest step for me. Now I come here to break my limits for an hour & feel the effort invested days afterwards. Every coach is amazing in their unique training ways & are always helpful with correcting my novice form since I've let myself go years ago. They're very knowledgeable with nutrition & recovery tips. Both locations are within my work distance when I travel for work.

I joined 10.40.10 in February 2022 and I couldn't be happier! I'm in my 50's and I'm the STRONGEST & HEALTHIEST I have ever been, and in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!The WORKOUTS are INCREDIBLE - they are challenging, but appropriate for ANYONE!The MEMBERS have become like FAMILY - they are there for support or to push you when you need it.The COACHES are AMAZING - not only are they highly qualified and dead on with technique, but they really get to know you!I look forward everyday walking into a positive environment, working out with supportive people, and being coached by individuals at the top of their game!

10.40.10 has put me in the best shape without injury. The coaches encourage, guide and inspire you to do your best. The workouts are ever changing and never feels monotonous in any way. It is such a fun environment to workout in and the people are the “cherry on top”. So grateful to have found 10.40.10!

I'm a former D1 athlete that has worked out for 25+ years post college and was looking for a place where I was challenged and coached. I also needed workouts with modifications as I rehab my most recent surgery. The coaches are knowledgeable, firm but motivating, and work WITH you so you become stronger. I feel as though they have embraced my goals as their own.EVERY workout is a challenge that I would not have done on my own, but now I have a community of people who will hold me accountable and help me be a stronger version of myself. This gym is EVERYTHING I was looking for, but didn't know it until I found it!!
