Last week was my first time training here, I walked in with an uneasy feeling about going to a new gym. While I was waiting, I walked around the premise to get myself comfortable. The equipment was clean and spread out. there wasn't as much traffic meaning people at the hour I went. I couldn't contain my laughter about how many turtles where in that building lol.As I walked around I finally met Kyle in the back room where he was doing massage therapy on a client. He was very welcoming and showed me around the place. From there I went to the back room to change to get ready for my work out! I signed a liability form to ensure that they are not responsible for any injuries and so on. As I was putting my phone away, I was told to download an app to help keep record of my heart rate while I exercise. NEAT. Also He was so ever kind to let me borrow the apple charger due to my cell phone running low on battery.He made me do a series of upper body work out movements knowing about my past shoulder injury he made sure to go easy. Moving on, I performed the exercises given as he watched my form and recorded the kg used on the white board.The work out was great, he had me do:Facepullsseated cable rowsSome sort of resistant pulley machinea series of 4 different ab work on the vibrational machinechest press machineand to finish off; a core machine and a squat for 2 min on the power pad.ab

Great place with few options to chose on how you want to improve your level of fitness and vigor. Weights (free/equipment), group classes and even martial arts in a friendly atmosphere. A place where you can feel among family and friends and get everyone's support to meet your goals.

Kyle Hart is excellent Fitness Coach, as well as his assistant Holly!! Kyle prepares personalized workouts for each client. He addresses any concerns or issues that you may have. Kyle shows and explains what each exercise is for and how to do them correctly. Also monitors your heart rate during each workout. Each visit Kyle has a new planned workouts for his clients, written on the whiteboard. Hart 4 Heart is a fun friendly atmosphere with music and laughter, as you sweat those inches off!

I hated going to the gym until I found Hart 4 Heart! If you’re looking for a fun, effective, personalized workout for the best price then this is your place. The gym is also super clean, and has everything you need for a great workout. I highly recommend.

With plenty of room and limited occupancy, this is the best solution to stay safe and be healthy. All equipment is clean and disinfected daily. Fun environment to work out in while receiving professional training. Great private gym with all the equipment needed to lose weight and provide an excellent workout. Never going back to a big commercial gym after this.
