America's Gym

America's Gym is an amazing place to workout! From the owner who always welcomes you when you enter and gives you a whole tour of the gym on your first day to the unique equipment and people who can inspire and support you. Everyone has different goals, but all is the same- to work hard and better ourselves. As a physical therapist, I've referred a few of my patients here and they have also loved it! The variations of equipment is unlike any other gym where you can shoulder press or squat without any pain (another point my patients felt and loved working out here). I've been wanting a gym like this around the suburbs and sooo happy that Brian make it come to life! Better than I could have ever imagined! He genuinely cares for everyone who comes and has made this place feel like home. You won't be disappointed checking it out!!

This gym is one of a kind. Everyone in Illinois is incredibly lucky to have it in their backyard. Amazing equipment, the owner is incredibly down to earth and always willing to help, just a great atmosphere to train and be in.

I've been on the hunt for a gym like this for ages, and honestly, I didn't think I'd ever find something similar nearby. But then, I stumbled upon America's Gym by chance, and it completely blew me away. The equipment is off the charts, and the place has this awesome touch of nostalgia. Brian, the owner, is super chill and welcoming, and you can totally see his love for the fitness lifestyle and his gym. It's a breath of fresh air in a world dominated by those corporate box gyms. I'm stoked to be a member here!

The best club on the northshore!! Super friendly staff!!! Extremely clean!!! Best outdoor pool anywhere!!! I'm happy paying a few extra dollars for a top level club , to me it's worth every penny!!!!!

The culture at this gym is far different than other gyms in the state. If you are serious about health and wellness you go here. If you care about your gym, you go here. Everyone is respectful and your motivation will increase drastically when walking in.

I am obsessed with America's Gym. Walking into this gym is like no other. Along with your typical equipment, there are machines that reach every muscle I have never seen before. It is like a fitness person in a candy shop. The members all have similar goals whether they are bodybuilders or just trying to stay in shape. Brian, who is also a firefighter, is the owner and actively involved. He can answer any question and very hands on. Need a trainer? He can get you one. I prefer Shane, Child of Iron as an onsite and online trainer. Heads up, if you want to try the gym, call first as it is a fob system to enter.

Never leave reviews, but I felt obligated because of how great it is. I stopped in tonight and got a guest pass with my buddy. Best gym I’ve ever stepped foot in! Amazing equipment, super clean, incredible atmosphere. Everyone here is knowledgeable and willing to help you with your workout to get it to the most effective level it can be. Will be switching over shortly!

10/10 would highly recommend this Gym. Great environment filled with great people from the owner/staff to the patrons. HUGE selection of old-school and unique gym equipment sure to give you a run for your money and endurance. If you're truly into fitness, mainly lifting, I would definitely check America's Gym out.

You ever watch Pumping Iron with Arnold and go "man it would be so cool to workout there?" Well, if you took pumping iron and made refurbished all the equipment and had a passionate owner running the show, you'd land in Americas Gym. Best gym within a 100mi radius.
