Let me start off by saying I do not like working out. I live right by Bodyshop Gymnasium and have always been curious, but was nervous to go because it was a little intimidating. Well, this year I wanted to get healthier and felt I needed some guidance. I've been doing personal training with Jennifer and am beginning to do the bootcamp classes and I am SO happy I gave it a try! It's a wonderful, supportive and judgement free environment. Highly recommend!!
