I was experiencing overall body pain and soreness for 3 months with trigger points all throughout my body and I had poor posture. Within 2 weeks I saw changes in my posture, felt significantly less body aches/pains.The instructors are all very friendly, educated in their craft and efficient in coaching through each pose. The facility is also exceptionally clean as well.

Shout out to Viktorya! I went to her pop-up Vinyasa flow class and it was the most relaxing yet perfectly challenging experience. I’ve never had an instructor ask that we our eyes for the class and work with our other senses. I loved it. With kids at home, it’s exactly what I needed.

I'm so thankful I met Emily, the owner, and she told me about her hot yoga studio. I have taken 3 classes so far. Pilates with weights with Regina. She is amazing! If you're a newbie like me and don't know what you're doing, she will help you. She will motivate you when you feel like you can't anymore, and it's so fun to do this class. Yin yoga with Phasita was nice and calm. You get to relax your body and enjoy the relaxed music in the background. The original hot yoga with Emily was amazing! You get to stretch your entire body with all different poses. It's great to start flexing your body more. I love the studio, and everyone is really nice!

Coronavirus created a new work world for us, leading to social distancing and isolation, loss of daily routines, loneliness. Yoga became a valuable tool for my self- care in these challenging times. Why? Simply because it works.I joined Meadows Hot Yoga Studio (now DRIP Hot Yoga and Fitness) as a beginner two years ago and started noticing effects immediately. I felt it was right for my body and life stage. The breath, the movement, the flow, the concentration increases my sense of physical health and mental clarity. Teachers at DRIP are awesome. Namaste to YOGA.
