I take Silks, Lyra, and conditioning classes here and thoroughly enjoy them all. I found it hard to find a Lyra class near me, but was super excited to have one so close at Flight Fitness that works with my schedule. Also I found that the instructors here are great and eager to help you learn any new techniques as it is within reason and safe.

When I arrived  at the class,  there was no spot for meEach pole was assigned to every girl in the classBut I paid for my spot with pole to practice,  not to share pole with someone else.I left the class with bad feelings that my spot was sold to another girl.

I’m so glad I took the intro class! I can already tell that this is a class that I would love to take! So excited to continue with the 8 week class! Michelle is very nice and talented!

DO NOT GO THERE!!! They kept my $100!!! At first, it looks fun & they talk you into buying an 8 week course, BUT even though in the contract you sign it says that you will be allowed to take "make up" classes if you let them know. Forget about birthday or vacation you need time for. They will not give you a chance to use all classes.

I was so excited to try a pole dance class, as I’ve done burlesque and taught yoga and other related fitness for many years. I purchased two Groupons from flight fitness Studio. I had planned to use the one person pack for me and I gifted the two person pack for my friend, so we had both planned on going to that one as well. I had reached out to the business about my scheduled first class when I had gotten food poisoning from some tasty but questionable Chinese food. They were unwilling to work with me to reschedule it. Which I understand rescheduling policies, so I was not super upset at this point. However, my friend and I were instructed by Flight Fitness to arrive to our class at least 15 minutes early to prepare and sign waivers. I arrived 25 minutes early and the door is not open until 5 minutes before class began. We had arrived at 11:20 AM and the class was to begin at 11:45 AM. I thought this was weird, but I understand that things happen. We walked in and there was nobody at the front desk so we waited for a minute, and this woman walked down and asked us if we were here for the class. We responded yes we are here for the class. The woman pointed at the waivers across the bench on the other side of the room and requested that we fill them out. We said Ok so we sat down and began filling the waivers out. She has not introduced herself or asked for our names. A few more people walked in and the woman was nowhere to be found so we had handed waivers to the other students so they could fill out. At this point it is now past 11:45 AM. Around 11:50 AM we were instructed to purchase yoga mats, socks, and other items needed for the class. I only needed to purchase socks, but my friend needed to purchase a yoga mat and socks so we sent the money via Zell to flight fitness studios email address which is their payment method aside from cash. The woman (Who never introduced yourself or told us her name) made a comment as she was going around collecting payment from everybody and handing everybody the items in here for class saying “ wow I’ve never had a class that needed this much stuff before and it was not prepared for class.” At this point it’s over 10 minutes after we should have begun at the class session. We had already purchased the items we needed for the class, but I turned my friend and suggested that we walk out. We walked out with the items we had purchased and started walking back to our car, and the woman began to follow us outside. She asked us why we were leaving. My friend mentioned that she did not appreciate her attitude so we just didn’t feel like it was right being there. This woman then began harassing us about not purchasing the items that we had walked out with, although we had already done so and showed her the confirmation that we had purchased them. After my friend got into her car, I was trying to get in to my car and the woman was standing behind my car so I cannot leave while she’s asking me to pay for the yoga mat that I had brought and taken out of my car and brought into the building. She continued to give us attitude and we got in our cars and drove away. This was an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

Hi! Thank you for your rating, but we don't have this name in our database. Everyone who attends must sign a waiver, so we don't have record of you ever attending. Would you like us to help you set up a visit, so you may leave an accurate review? Thanks!
