Peak Yoga and Wellness is amazing! Super spacious place but has a cozy feel!Was thoroughly impressed by the hot yoga room and modern bathroom/locker rooms that have a good amount of showers!Would definitely recommend to anyone who is just getting into Yoga as the instructors are really patient and make sure to help everyone!

What a wonderful addition to the downtown Palatine area! The space is beautiful and has a calming presence. I do occasional Yoga at home and normally don’t attend classes in person, but everyone here was very warm and welcoming to people of all skill levels. Payton was super personable and and had an uplifting energy to her. I left feeling more centered and renewed. I would definitely recommend people give it a try.

I can’t say enough good things about this studio! The space is so beautiful and has such a calming atmosphere. I attended a slow flow class and sound healing and both were amazing. The sound healing was so relaxing and the slow flow class left me feeling totally rejuvenated after. I had a tarot reading done as well which was so interesting! Payton has such an uplifting presence and has really created such a special place. I can’t wait to be back for more classes and workshops soon! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area :)

Peak Yoga and Wellness is a beautiful studio. They have many different options for classes and something for everyone. The environment is very welcoming, and everyone is so friendly! I really like how welcoming and friendly the staff are at Peak Yoga. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. It's nice that downtown Palatine finally has a great spot like this. The space was very clean with brand new everything. I like that they offer fun and unique classes here that i haven't seen elsewhere. I tried out the sound healing class first, and it was something I would recommend to anyone. Best yoga studio in the Chicago area for sure.

Such a warm and inviting yoga studio. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and felt welcome. The classes I took have been very well run. There is a lot of different class options from slow and relaxing to hot and powerful! I even got a tarot reading at the grand opening! Such a fun experience! I cannot recommend this studio enough! If you’re looking to start a yoga journey or just continue your practice this place is for you!
