Before the summer it was full, now the teenagers come for free "great", but now it is impossible to use machines or free weights. Isn't it enough to tell me, sir, that you can come early in the morning? Because I work early, it might be good to also recommend it to others. Starting to see who spends all their time sitting in front of machines texting, talking on the phone and non-stop Taking selfies for several minutes while waiting to use the equipment would allow others to have the right to use it too.Thank you.

Friendly staff. Perfect fitness atmosphere. The only downside is that the dumbbells weigh only 75 pounds. It would be perfect if there were heavier dumbbells!

This was my daughters 1st time ever going to a gym she signed up for free high school pass and I did free 1 day pass to go with her for 1st time. We told them it was our 1st time ever asked how use passes etc showed us then said ok bye. Noone offered explain how anything works etc idk if she's supposed to request help to learn everything online or just keep trying figure it out herself.

Clean gym, great staff, flexible options to join(Black Card is a great choice), trainers willing to guide you if you are a beginner, the environment motivates you to keep on going(people go to exercise and not to waste time like you see in other gyms)....I feel inspired by other members for their commitment and consistency.

I Payed For The " PF Black Card "Which As Soon As You First Actually Workout Or See They're Gym You Have To Constantly Cleanup After Everyone Else On The Machines. The Floors In The Tanning Rooms Yes Every Single Room Is Full Of Black Sticky Scuffs From Obviously Everyone Elses Feet. You Can Imagine The Smell Because Duhh They've Either Already Worked Out And Than Tanned Or Are Tanning First. Nonetheless The Smell Is Also Off Putting. I Had To Keep My Socks On Until I Get Into The Actual Standup Bed Even In There Is Just As Sticky, Some Beds A Bit More Than Others. You Obviously Know To Rotate Which Just Makes You're Feet Even More Disgusting. Added Is The Sound Of You're Feet Lifting And Resticking To The Floors.The Fans Sometimes Work In The Beds As Well.The Bathroom Is Disgusting As Well. The Paper Towel Dispenser Are Some Times On Counter.The Dispensers For Paper Towels On The Workout Floor Are Hardly On The Walls Let Alone Actually With Paper Towels.The " Cleaning Spray " Reaks Like Dirty Water Majority The Time. Also Gave Me Like Rash Bumps If My Skin Touched It So I Stopped Wearing Shorts To Workout.I Had A Gym Buddy That Had A Pf Black Card To They Cancelled They'res Way Early Because The Equipment Was Like Worn On Most Of The Machines As Well As Picking Up Everyone's Trash On The Equipment.The Staff Can Be Friendly For The Most Part.I'm Just Not Only Paying For A " Mostly Friendly Staff ", I'm Paying To Have A Clean Quality Gym, Yet Don't Recieve That Let Alone Is That 41 /42 Dollar Equipment Fee Actually Going To Equipment. You Have HOW Many Members And The Gyms Experience Is Like That?

Unfortunately I can't remember the associate's name but he was great. They were able to transfer me to this location very easily. It is well kept with friendly employees and is a great place to get a solid work out.

Love the circuit!Also love an employee named Zac.He was MORE than patient and kind when my husband and I first signed up. We are both in our 70's and were having trouble downloading the app to my husband's phone. I spoke to Zac several times on the phone and he was patient and very kind while helping me. Congratulations on an exceptional employee...every business needs more employees like Zac!

Had an incredibly horrendous experience at this Planetfitness location, the blonde girl who works the night shift (Aaylaha) is extremely rude and unprofessional, she intimidates guest during final minutes of operation, laughs and jokes about guests, even though Planetfitness claims to be a no judgment zone. Will be looking for other Gyms with quality customer service!

Disgusting my husband went in there and was harassed by an employee and her brother who isn’t even employed there. They made him very uncomfortable and made the environment very unsafe. I do not appreciate paying $25 a month for a “judge free zone” for him to be harassed by a little blonde girl and someone who doesn’t even work there. There are 3 other gyms on Malabar Rd. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Would give this place 0 stars.

No judgement is absolutely correct. Hadn't been in about two years and it was hassle free to get back in the swing. may not be the place for Arnold Schwarznager types but certainly a great place for the average person.
