I dropped in at CrossFit Diehard while here for my kids gymnastics competition and it was an incredible experience. Keriann and Boz were incredibly helpful with my technique to make sure I was doing the workout appropriately. A great place to drop in and I will definitely go here again.

We were visiting the area and searching for any CrossFit gym/gym that was open on Sunday! We came across Crossfit Diehard and were more than pleased! The owner, Boz was very accommodating and greeted us right away. The facility itself was wide open, organized and clean equipment! Highly recommend and will be returning!

Best gym in the Daytona area!! Coach Louisa was awesome and very knowledgeable. She took us through a great warmup and then guided everyone through the workouts regardless of experience level. Highly recommend!

Joining CrossFit Diehard was one of the best decisions I've made. The coaches and the owner (Boz) are top notch! Consistency and discipline with training and nutrition has paid off and I'm not even 3 months in. Nothing more motivating and addicting than seeing fast results after just getting started!
