CrossFit Diehard had great programming for their classes! Warmups were appropriate for the workload and the WODs were awesome! Coach Keriann and Coach Jessy were very knowledgeable and communicated well during class. If and when I’m back in the area I will definitely drop back in for some more classes. Thanks again!

I dropped in twice while I was in Daytona. They have an awesome community, knowledgeable coaches, and a large gym with tons of equipment. You could tell there were a lot of strong athletes, but still modifications for newer members. I would highly recommend!
