My view is that if you can't provide a service, then you shouldn't offer the service, cost issue is between your agency and insurance company.

Subpar boxing equipment. Cheap speedbag/heavybag apparatus. Broken heavybag. Thin speedbag base. Nobody knows where the tool is to adjust the speedbag height. Don't waste your time if youre looking for some bags to knock around.

Called to find out how to use my gym membership. Found out I could only use the gym, no classes or anything extra unless I paid $20 a month. Before when they were on my insurance, we had access to everything. So sad, it's really close to my house and bring diabetic, I was looking forward to getting out of the house.

We’ve been members for over 10 years. It’s just not the same as it used to be. Bathrooms are filthy (men’s locker room)We don’t use the facilities much anymore so we’re thinking of canceling. Outside of the building has mold from rarely if ever being pressure cleaned. Not worth the investment IMO
