I’ve been training here for about 6 months and absolutely love everything about this gym! Great instruction, friendly people, really feels like a family now that I’ve become acquainted with all of the members. All egos dead at the door, and it’s quality hard work daily! DJ is amazing with children and young adults the same! Everyone is here to get better and it shows every day!
