I really like the many machines they provide, The professionalism of the staff on customer serviced. Great location for my commute to and from home, work. my cardio has to be on point and Planet Fitness provides it Thank You.

Staff is always friendly and the gym is kept clean. However, the place is always crowded unless you go on the weekends.

Very limited on equipment only has up to 70 lb weights you will all grow past that quickly having a lot of stuff inside they didn't have much real weight lifting equipment. I guess this is a great place to go to say that you're working out when you are not really working out

The machines are good. However so many people don't clean the machines after using. The staff doesn't care, in addition there is often paper and cleaner out and way too many people for the amount on machines. So cheap price, cheap service.

I’ve been a loyal black card member of Planet Fitness for quite some time now, and I’ve always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the commitment to customer satisfaction. However, there’s one issue that’s been bothering me and other cyclists who frequent this gym.As someone who prefers biking as a means of transportation to the gym, it’s disheartening to see that there are no bike racks available in the plaza. Instead, cyclists like me are left with no option but to lock our bikes to the palm trees on the sidewalk. I’ve attached a couple of photos to illustrate the situation - one of my bike and another of a fellow customer’s bike, both securely chained to these trees.While I understand that parking space might be limited, it would be fantastic if the gym could work with the plaza management to install some bike racks. This small addition would greatly improve the experience for cyclists like me and make us feel more valued as customers.I kindly request that you consider this suggestion and explore the possibility of providing a secure and convenient place for us to park our bikes. It would not only benefit your cyclist customers but also align with the commitment to customer satisfaction that Planet Fitness is known for.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to seeing positive changes for cyclists in the future.
