The people who helped me did it very efficiently with kindness and respect. I was able to quickly resolve the issue for which I consulted. I feel grateful.

Just joined the gym, My second time there I mentioned to Mary Ann I wasn’t showed around she stopped what she was doing apologized for them not showing me around on my first visit and preceded to take me around to show me what I needed because I just finished physical therapy and needed specific exercises to do after that she told me I could get a trainer to help me and also showed me how to use other equipment also Big shout out to Mary Ann for making me feel welcomed because after first visit I had doubts about coming back glad I did and that I got Mary Ann at the desk she’s amazing great people person need more like her at the front desk.Thank you

The manager corrected the issue with the airflow to ensure customer satisfaction. Planet Fitness is lucky to have a manager (Ben) with exceptional customer service skills who ensures a safe, clean, judgement free, and comfortable workout environment. Planet Fitness also offers insurance coverage for members who qualify.

I drove around for a good 15 minutes before I drove away. How can the city build the biggest planet fitness around and only put in like 25-50 parking spots. 🥴🤡🫠 the 3 stars received were for planet fitness overall being an incredible gym facility. But this specific place is difficult. …

***UPDATE***Tried this location again...all five tanning beds are out of order. What I do not think PF understands, is they are a service provider, not goods. You cannot have members sign a service agreement & then reduce the service provided whilst billing the same! That is fraud.Dirty, crowded, broken Equipment.The fountains are Always filthy, people spit in Them or pour their Drinks into then as If it were The kitchen sink.The App will say 1-2 Bars, indicating how full Gym is, But in reality will be packed. Joined For tanning, and 4/5 tanning beds are broken/Out of service, with a lengthy queu For the one Working bed(making having a black Card becomes worthless essentially).Members are Rude, especially the middle age men, who will try & Chat Up every Woman that cant escape, whist glaring at all the other men around...Bad Training Environment Overall. Find Something better.

My husband and I go 5 days a week. Love that there's 2 floors. I personally love the 30 minute circuit room. Lots of equipment and several machines, I've never had to wait during my workout routine. Gym is clean and the people are very nice!

My experience have been one of the best since I’ve been going to gyms. My trainer is one of the best out their very understanding and educational.

Another person was next to me doing exercise and using the phone, I reported to the front desk and she said nobody care, nobody listen, it's okay.To me bother my exercise session. Associates needs better training and enforce your internal rules, that why you have it in place.
